2017 SFGMC Kit Design

A full bicycle kit design for the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus (SFGMC) to be worn during the 2017 AIDS/Lifecycle Ride. This is a 7 day fundraising event where over 2500 people bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles to increase awareness about HIV/AIDS and to help the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center raise funds for their yearly programming.

There is a large number of SFGMC members who participate in this annual ride; fighting HIV/AIDS is a cause very near and dear to the LGBTQ community and this is a very personal cause for many chorus members. This design uses the chorus logo to create repeating patterns and highlight the general chorus color palette.
