Support Training Website
Vendini’s Support team has two customer-facing sites: a knowledge base where users can find help articles and a training website where they can registered for web trainings on specific elements of the company’s ticketing solutions. Both sites were in need of a brand refresh and better UI/UX.
Developed icons using an updated brand color palette, creating iconography for specific concepts such as “Box Office” or “Website Editor” and more generic ones such as “videos”. These icons were key to unifying the redesign of both the Vendini Support Center knowledge base and the Vendini Training website.
The Support Center is made using a custom theme on Desk.com, while the Vendini Training site is built on Vendini’s own “Website Builder” CMS.
